Job summary
Network Finance is seeking a senior quality leader with a strong background in fabrication, welding, machining, assembly and mining/mineral-processing equipment. You will own quality control across manufacturing and project execution, ensuring products meet customer specs and international standards.
Expect leadership of quality teams, robust QMS implementation, and collaboration with OEMs. The role requires extensive inspection experience, ISO 9001:2015 proficiency, and strong RCA/CAPA
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory quality role.
- Strong manufacturing quality control experience in mining equipment or heavy engineering.
- IWI-S/IWI-C/CSWIP welding inspector certification or equivalent.
- ISO 9712 Level 2 in NDT methods (VT/PT/MT/UT).
- AMPP/NACE CIP Level 2 or equivalent.
- ASME Section VIII/IX and ASME B31.3 knowledge.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specs.
Responsibilities
- Own quality control across manufacturing and project execution.
- Lead quality teams to meet customer specifications and international quality requirements.
- Manage customer inspections and FATs.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Drive RCA, CAPA and continuous-improvement initiatives.
