Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in process engineering or operational improvement in an industrial environment.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively on the plant floor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of speed, cost, and quality.
• Design and implement process modifications, using Lean and Six Sigma, to eliminate waste and increase throughput.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, P&IDs, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production teams, maintenance, and quality control to ensure seamless execution of process changes.
• Train operational staff on new procedures and best practices for efficient workflow.
• Monitor KPIs for processes and provide regular reports on performance and improvement progress.
