Qualifications

• Familiarity with SPC and data analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Apply 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to optimize workflows.
• Design new process layouts and material handling improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and QA to implement changes.
• Maintain SOPs and work instructions; monitor KPIs and impact.
• Train production staff on new processes and continuous improvement.
• Assist in equipment selection and integration with existing flows.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of new processes.
