You should have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 2–5 years in manufacturing, and solid knowledge of Lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping. Proficiency in Excel and CAD is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline.
2–5 years of experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and experience with CAD software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze production processes, equipment, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Design and implement new or revised operational procedures, layouts, and workflows to optimize throughput and reduce waste.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and work instructions.
Conduct time studies and work sampling to establish performance standards and identify ergonomic improvements.
Collaborate with production supervisors and line workers to implement changes and ensure successful adoption.
Monitor KPIs and report on operational efficiency and cost savings.
