You will support senior engineers, analyze processes, and help implement layouts and workflows while gaining hands-on experience with lean initiatives, cost-saving efforts, and robust production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Understand process flow, layout design and efficiency analysis.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing production processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Support development and implementation of new layouts and workflows.
