Placements24 is seeking an Experienced Industrial Process Engineer to join our client’s Paarl manufacturing site. You will lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality through Lean and Six Sigma methods.

In this role you’ll analyze operations, design and implement improved workflows, and collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams to ensure successful deployment of changes across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience applying lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma tools.
• Proficiency in process analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
• Experience with process simulation software is a plus.

About the Role
