You will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions to optimize operations, combining on-site collaboration with data-driven analysis to drive cost reduction and quality improvements.

The role involves designing new layouts, developing SOPs and control plans, and partnering with production teams to troubleshoot issues and sustain Lean and Six

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven experience in process improvement, efficiency optimization, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge; certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in process mapping, CAD software, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

About the Role

You will be pivotal in analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategic solutions to optimize operational performance. This role involves a blend of on-site collaboration and data-driven analysis, contributing directly to cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
