Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab) and process mapping tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current industrial processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operations.
• Develop and update SOPs and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement process changes and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct process capability studies and implement SPC measures.
• Monitor process performance, collect data, and report on KPIs.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies and equipment to improve process performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical software (e.g., Minitab), and process mapping tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work effectively in an industrial plant environment and engage directly with operational staff.
