Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program for Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of industrial engineering principles and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute within a team environment, adapting to hybrid work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to operational performance and process metrics.
• Support the mapping of current state processes and help in designing future state improvements.
• Participate in site visits and collaborate with operational staff to understand workflows and challenges.
• Help prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and proposed solutions.
• Learn and apply basic Lean and Six Sigma tools under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Contribute to small-scale improvement projects as assigned.
