Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in industrial engineering or operations analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex operational data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across operations.
