Placements24 is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to drive sales in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The role involves visiting existing and potential clients, understanding their industrial needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

You will manage a sales territory, build long-term client relationships, and achieve targets through face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and proactive account management. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales.
• Strong knowledge of industrial products and their applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the Richards Bay territory.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related technical field is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets in the Richards Bay area.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities by visiting potential clients and understanding their industrial needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our client's offerings.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support related to industrial product applications.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports to sales management.
