• Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits and networking in Richards Bay.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order processing and client support.
