This senior role requires a Master's in Industrial Engineering, 10+ years in the field with 3–5 in management, and expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and supply chain optimization. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• 3–5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process optimization, and supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and implementing large-scale operational changes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a hybrid operational model balancing on-site and remote oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of industrial engineers.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for operational efficiency, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
• Oversee design and implementation of process improvements, workflow enhancements, and new technology integrations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational effectiveness.
