The role requires strategic design, analysis, and improvement initiatives across the network while managing a team of industrial engineers in a dynamic logistics setting.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in industrial engineering with lean principles, extensive experience with WMS/TMS/ERP, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in industrial engineering with focus on supply chain and logistics (8–10 years).
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain network and processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers.
• Analyze warehousing, transportation, and inventory management systems.
• Design improved material handling, warehouse layouts, and picking strategies.
• Apply simulation/modeling to evaluate network designs and changes.
• Set and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and finance to integrate systems.
• Drive cost reductions and efficiency improvements across the supply chain.
• Oversee implementation of new technologies and automation in warehouse operations.
