Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering focusing on operations efficiency and logistics.
• Proven experience analyzing and improving supply chain and warehousing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Proficiency in using data analysis software, simulation tools, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience in the mining, resources, or logistics industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, performing on-site duties in Upington and remote tasks.

Responsibilities
