Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles desirable.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Polokwane.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze production data, including cycle times, throughput, and waste metrics.
