Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial or Chemical Engineering, at least five years' experience with ISO 9001 and SPC tools (Minitab), plus strong analytical and auditing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial engineering focusing on quality systems and SPC
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 or similar QMS
• Proficient SPC tools/techniques and Minitab
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process audits and root cause analysis
• Strong communication across levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001.
• Design and implement SPC strategies to monitor and control manufacturing processes.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis for non-conformities.
• Develop and implement CAPA to address quality issues.
• Conduct internal audits of processes and systems for compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D and production to establish quality specs for new products/processes.
• Deliver training on quality control techniques and QMS requirements.
• Manage supplier quality through supplier audits.
• Apply lean manufacturing to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
