Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer in Nelspruit with a strong background in quality systems and SPC to drive process control and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with production, QA, and R&D teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle, develop CAPA programs, and lead audits and training initiatives. A Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with focus on quality systems and process control.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, and quality management principles.
• Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Minitab, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
