Placements24 in Benoni, Gauteng, is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on Quality and Process Control to join our manufacturing client. You will analyze production processes, implement robust quality systems, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, process control, and SPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with emphasis on quality management.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial engineering with quality assurance and process control.
• Experience with SPC and quality tools (FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyze production processes to identify quality risks and improvements.
• Develop and maintain SPC systems and quality plans.
• Investigate defects and customer complaints; perform root-cause analysis.
• Implement CAPA to address quality issues.
• Collaborate with production to ensure adherence to standards.
• Develop and deliver training on quality principles and process control.
