Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of industrial engineering experience with focus on quality systems.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Apply SPC techniques to monitor process capability and product quality.
• Conduct process audits and RCA to identify deviations and improvements.
• Lead CAPA activities and implement corrective actions.
• Design process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with R&D and production to embed quality in new products.
• Deliver training on quality standards to staff.
• Analyze quality data and prepare improvement reports.
• Pursue relevant industry certifications and certifications per standards.
