The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, at least 4 years of experience, and proficiency with Arena/AnyLogic, Minitab, Excel, SQL.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial engineering.
• Proficiency in Arena, AnyLogic, and data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel, SQL).
• Strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge and its practical application.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production systems to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement productivity improvements and cost reductions.
• Use simulation to test and evaluate process changes before implementation.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste and improve OEE.
• Design improved material handling and inventory control systems.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to monitor efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams and management on improvements.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workstation design.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings.
