Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and 2–4 years in industrial engineering/operations, with Lean knowledge and strong data-analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years in industrial engineering or operations.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork in Kimberley.
Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Design and implement efficient production layouts and material flow systems.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for production and quality control.
- Conduct time studies and ergonomic assessments to improve workforce productivity and safety.
- Collaborate with production teams and management to implement process improvements.
- Support the integration of new technologies and equipment into existing operations.
