- Analyze current plant operations to identify efficiency improvements.
- Implement lean techniques (5S, Kaizen, VSM) to streamline processes.
- Develop and optimize production layouts, material flow, and workstation design.
- Establish and monitor production standards using time studies.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality to solve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
