Qualifications

• Strong skills in process mapping, Arena/AnyLogic, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem solving and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
• Experience in Randburg/Gauteng industrial sector is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes, including workflows, material handling, and resource allocation.
• Design and implement optimized operational layouts and workflows to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Conduct time studies and ergonomic assessments to improve workforce productivity and safety.
• Develop process simulation models to test and validate proposed operational changes.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements and waste elimination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and management, to implement solutions.
