Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes and layouts to identify bottlenecks.
• Design optimized production line layouts, workstations and material handling.
• Develop material flow strategies to improve throughput and space usage.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure feasible layouts.
• Implement Lean principles such as 5S and value stream mapping.
