You will design workstation layouts, perform time and motion studies, apply lean techniques (5S, Kaizen, VSM), and collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to embed standardized methods and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in industrial engineering with focus on production efficiency.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, workflows, and resource use to identify improvements.
• Develop strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce cycle times, and cut costs.
• Design workstation layouts and material flow to improve ergonomics, safety, and productivity.
• Conduct time and motion studies to set standard times.
• Apply lean methods (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste.
• Collaborate with supervisors, operators, and quality teams to implement changes.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Use statistical analysis and SPC to monitor quality.
• Track KPIs related to output, efficiency, and quality.
• Support new product introduction by refining processes.
