Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial engineering focusing on operations improvement.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing and problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Apply lean techniques (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) to streamline operations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for production lines and areas.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement changes and train staff.
• Assist in designing and layout of facilities to optimize workflow.
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
