Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on Continuous Improvement to join the team in East London. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing and operations, analyze workflows, and implement sustainable productivity gains in a hybrid on-site/remote setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering with at least four years' experience, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, and strong analytical and facilitation skills for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement.
• Certified Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and CI tools.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills; strong communication and facilitation in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement opportunities in manufacturing and operations in East London.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance quality.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities
