The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing, a degree in Industrial Engineering, strong Excel skills, and a passion for Lean and continuous improvement. You will work across functions to implement SOPs, conduct time studies, and support cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial engineering within manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce cycle times, and lower costs.
• Conduct time and motion studies and value stream mapping to optimize operations.
• Design and implement layout changes to improve material flow and workspace utilization.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement best practices and SOPs.
• Develop and track KPIs to monitor operational performance.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to solve production-related problems.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new equipment and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards within the facility.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project findings and recommendations.
