Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in industrial engineering with a manufacturing focus.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and layouts to identify efficiency improvements.
• Design and implement solutions to optimize flow, reduce cycle times and waste.
• Apply lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM) to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct time studies and ergonomic assessments to boost productivity.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for production processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement changes and sustain gains.
• Create and update SOPs and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions.
• Support new product introduction and process development.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in all improvements.
