Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience focusing on ergonomics and human factors.
• CPE or similar certification highly desirable.
• Proficiency with ergonomic assessment tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations, tools, and tasks to identify risks.
• Design and modify workstations and equipment to improve ergonomics.
• Develop and implement ergonomic training programs for employees.
• Analyze human performance data to optimize task design and workflow.
• Collaborate with safety officers, production managers, and medical staff.
• Apply anthropometric data and human factors principles in design.
• Investigate workplace incidents related to ergonomic factors and recommend measures.
• Stay current with research and best practices in ergonomics and safety.
