Old Mutual Limited is seeking a Broker Consultant to develop, recruit, activate and manage a portfolio of independent brokers in the Western Cape. The role focuses on building productive broker relationships and driving sales growth for Old Mutual MFC Funeral and Two Mountains products.

The successful candidate will partner with brokers, identify growth opportunities, implement activation plans and monitor performance to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years’ relevant sales and business-development experience within the long-term insurance industry.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing independent broker relationships.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel within the allocated geographical market.
• Based in the Western Cape preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of sales performance and new business growth within the allocated broker portfolio and geographical market.
• Recruit suitable independent brokers and advisers to distribute Old Mutual MFC Funeral and Two Mountains products and services.
• Guide new brokers through onboarding and activation processes to convert opportunities into productive relationships.
• Manage an allocated portfolio of brokers with clear segmentation and growth plans.
• Actively market and position Old Mutual MFC Funeral and Two Mountains propositions within the broker market.
• Develop broker capability through structured product, sales and process support and provide ongoing coaching.
