Qualifikationen

• Minimum NQF Level 4 or Grade 12 or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Lead and influence a small to medium-sized team of advisors to develop, maintain and leverage client relationships.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing client accounts to identify decision-makers and influencers and resolve issues.
• Identify and present customer propositions with standard commercial terms, involving senior colleagues for concessions when needed.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, trade shows and conferences to create sales opportunities.
• Monitor and manage team performance using objective-driven assessments and performance management processes.
• Provide operational support and supervise transactional processes using established systems and protocols.
• Collaborate to build strong external customer relationships and meet customer needs.
• Deliver specialized support for new and existing accounts, handling complex customer inquiries with senior support.
• Develop and implement a customer contact plan for product launches and sales campaigns to build relationships.
• Track budgets and report variances to senior colleagues.
• Provide coaching to team members to develop skills.
