Old Mutual Limited in Cape Town is seeking a Relationship Manager to act as the primary link between Old Mutual Corporate and intermediary brokers, driving growth, retention and sales targets through strategic broker engagement and portfolio management. The role focuses on developing intermediary strategies, deepening broker relationships and expanding adoption of Old Mutual Corporate solutions.

A commercially focused professional who can influence intermediary behaviour and deliver measurable

Formación

• NQF Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
• RE5 Qualification (preferred).
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• FAIS compliant.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Market Old Mutual Corporate products and services to intermediaries and clients.
• Develop and identify new business opportunities to increase market share and drive growth.
• Proactively support intermediaries in growing their books of business
• Promote the full suite of Old Mutual Corporate solutions to brokers and advisers.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Deliver annual new business, growth, and retention targets.
• Develop and implement intermediary account strategies and business plans.
• Conduct regular business reviews and monitor intermediary performance.
• Manage and service existing intermediary relationships and client portfolios.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within portfolios.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery across all brokers.
• Drive retention of existing business and maintain long-term relationships.
