Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Ltd in Cape Town seeks a Broker Consultant to develop, recruit and manage a portfolio of independent brokers and advisers within the MFC Funeral and Two Mountains products marketplace.

You will drive sales growth, activation of new brokers, and ongoing adviser productivity, acting as a trusted business partner to brokers and ensuring delivery of targets in a market-focused, regulatory-compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification (required).
• 3–5 years' relevant sales and business-development experience in long-term insurance.
• Experience developing and managing independent broker relationships.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard independent brokers to grow the broker network.
• Manage an allocated broker portfolio with performance reviews.
• Partner with brokers to grow product penetration of Old Mutual MFC Funeral and Two Mountains.
• Drive campaigns and market development to increase new business production.
