• 2+ years’ experience in an inbound and/or outbound sales call centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate information from sellers and identify opportunities or missing information.
• Convert and close deals at the right time via persuasive communication.
• Demonstrate negotiation and influence to achieve best deal for customers.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑centric approach under pressure.
