• Coordinate inbound operations to ensure end-to-end order fulfillment
• Resolve customer order queries and complaints with root-cause analysis
• Track purchase orders and stock with merchants to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate proactively with suppliers, internal teams and customers
• Maintain accurate order management and keep stakeholders updated
