Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in organizational development, business, or public management.
• Experience in US government-funded projects with significant capacity development elements.
• Strong facilitation and training skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.
• Fluency in English and an additional local language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily implementation of capacity development activities.
• Conduct site visits for development of partner organizations.
• Co-develop Institutional Strengthening Plans for partners and ensure implementation.
• Assisting in monitoring and evaluation of capacity development interventions.
• Contribute to the development of project reports and documentation.
