They have a portfolio of directly implemented development programs, grants, and investments across the African continent. Their mission is to attack poverty through entrepreneurship and education. You will be responsible for diagnosing and designing, leading delivery, driving change, building coalitions, shaping the practice, etc.

Qualification required:

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., in business, economics, development studies, social sciences, or a related field)
• A postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience required:

• 5 – 8+ years’ relevant experience, for example in management consulting, strategy execution, or project management
• A track record of leading teams successfully and an ability to relate to and connect with different kinds of people across various NGO programme initiatives is essential
