Job summary

Trending Talent Solutions is seeking a Finance Business Analyst for a fixed term contract with our client, a leading NPO. Based in Cape Town, you will drive finance process design, requirements management and data reporting to support digital transformation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, validate solutions, and help deliver the change roadmap while ensuring strong internal controls and month-end reporting alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, Information Systems or related field with strong practical finance knowledge.
• Postgraduate study or relevant professional designation is advantageous.
• Minimum 5–8 years in finance, finance systems or finance analysis with hands-on process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and requirements management for finance processes.
• Design finance processes and validate solutions to meet business needs.
• Support data and reporting requirements, testing, adoption and benefits realization.
