Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing technology environment in Cape Town. You will analyse business needs, translate requirements into scalable technology solutions, and work across complex initiatives with stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role requires strong business analysis, process and stakeholder capabilities, plus experience in Financial Services, Fintech or Banking.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Analysis or a related field (essential).
• Advanced Business Analysis certification such as ECBA, CCBA, FTI or similar (advantageous).
• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a technically complex environment (essential).
• Strong experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience within Financial Services, Banking or Fintech (essential).
• Strong business and process modelling capabilities.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
