Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience as Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
• Proficiency in BPMN/UML, user journey design, and functional test planning.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and fintech platforms is advantageous.
• Understanding of APIs, system integration, and software architecture.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current business systems and processes.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and gather stakeholder requirements.
• Design process flows, user journeys, BPMN diagrams, and UML models.
• Write functional specs, user stories, and clear documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and UAT teams to validate features.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
