Responsibilities

• Strategic & Financial Transformation: advise on finance-led transformation initiatives.
• Assess performance gaps and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Refine or develop transformation strategies aligned to market needs.
• Provide insights to support financial and operational improvements.
• Lead planning and forecasting processes (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, long-range, rolling forecasts, capex, HR, project, production).
• Implement process improvements and change interventions across finance and business processes.
• Ensure alignment of finance transformation with business strategy and goals.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant – Finance to support strategic and financial transformation initiatives within a dynamic project environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on both strategic and tactical business transformation, with a strong focus on optimizing financial performance, improving planning capabilities, and driving sustainable business change.

This role requires a seasoned finance professional with a Chartered Accountant background, strong SAP experience, and the ability to partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps, recommend improvements, and implement finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Transformation Consultant – Finance will be responsible for:

Strategic & Financial Transformation

Advising stakeholders on strategic and tactical business transformation initiatives with a finance-led focus.

Assessing current financial and operational performance and identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Supporting the refinement of existing business strategies or the development of new transformation strategies aligned to market and competitive demands.

Providing insights and recommendations to support sustainable financial and operational improvements.

Leading and supporting various planning and forecasting processes, including:

• Strategic planning
• P&L planning
• Balance sheet planning
• Cash flow forecasting
• Long-range forecasting

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) background
• Strong Finance transformation / consulting experience
• Solid SAP experience
• 8 to 10 years’ relevant experience in finance, business transformation, strategic planning, or consulting
• Strong understanding of:
