Job summary

FNB seeks a Business Management Consultant / Broker Consultant in Cape Town to build enduring relationships with Independent Financial Advisors, train on Life and Investment products, and drive growth for FirstRand solutions. You will train advisors, pursue new business opportunities, and deliver top-tier service to IFAs.

The role requires travel locally, deep knowledge of insurance and investments, and a client-centric approach, with a focus on collaboration across product specialists.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years Broker Consulting experience within the Investments and IFA environment.
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience.
• Matric and NQF 5 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of Life, Investments and broader FirstRand solutions.
• Market and develop Life and Investment service offerings to existing IFA portfolio.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations to IFAs.
