Job summary

FirstRand Limited's FNB unit seeks a Business Management Consultant / Broker Consultant to manage relationships with Independent Financial Advisors in Cape Town. You will train advisors, market Life and Investment products, and pursue growth opportunities while delivering exceptional service.

You will engage with product specialists and stay informed on industry developments to support advisor needs.

Qualifications

• Matric and NQF 5 qualification completed.
• 3–5 years broker consulting experience within Investments and IFA environment.
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
• Market and develop Life and Investment service offerings to existing IFAs.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow sales.
• Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists.
