Job summary

FirstRand Life Assurance Ltd seeks a Business Management Consultant to build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors. You will drive awareness of FirstRand Life, Investments and related solutions, and market life and investment services to existing IFAs while onboarding new ones.

The role requires 3–5 years of broker consulting experience, Life Assurance knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills. Travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Matric with NQF 5 qualification and 3–5 years broker consulting experience.
• 3+ years life assurance experience in Investments/IFA environment.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
• Drive awareness and adoption of FirstRand Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
• Market and develop Life and Investment service offerings to existing IFA portfolio and onboard additional IFAs.
