Job summary

FNB in Cape Town seeks a Business Management Consultant / Broker Consultant to lead and expand strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors. You will train advisors, promote Life, Investments and FirstRand solutions, and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional service.

You will collaborate with product specialists, stay updated on industry changes, and travel locally to support IFAs and grow the advisory network within the region.

Qualifications

• Matric required.
• NQF5 qualification.
• 3–5 years broker consulting experience in Investments/IFA.
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of Life, Investments and broader FirstRand solutions.
• Market Life and Investment services to existing IFA portfolio and onboard additional IFAs.
• Provide product guidance, support and training to advisors.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow sales.
• Deliver exceptional service and solutions exceeding advisor expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
• Stay informed on industry developments and product enhancements.
