FirstRand Limited, through FNB, seeks a Broker Consultant / Business Management Consultant in Durban to build enduring IFA partnerships and promote Life, Investments, and FirstRand products. The role focuses on training advisors, expanding the IFA network, and delivering superior service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in broker consulting within Investments/IFA, plus 3+ years in Life Assurance. Local travel is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Matric and NQF5 qualification.
• 3–5 years broker consulting experience in Investments/IFA environment.
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and FirstRand solutions.
• Market and develop Life and Investment service offerings to existing IFA portfolio and onboard more IFAs.
