Job summary

FNB in Durban seeks a Business Management Consultant to manage key advisor relationships and grow business with IFAs. You will train advisors on Life, Investments, and FirstRand products, identify opportunities, and deliver service that exceeds expectations.

You will collaborate with product specialists on complex requirements, stay informed on industry changes, and travel locally to support advisor networks across KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

Matric and NQF 5 qualification are required.
3–5 years broker consulting experience in Investments/IFA environment.
3+ years Life Assurance experience.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments and broader FirstRand solutions.
Provide product guidance, support and training to advisors, and identify growth opportunities.
