FNB is seeking a Business Management Consultant/Broker Consultant in Durban to build strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors and drive adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and FirstRand solutions. You will provide product guidance, training, and identify opportunities to grow the advisor base, delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in broker consulting in investments/IFA and at least 3 years in Life Assurance, with travel to local advisors.

Qualifications

• Matric and NQF 5 qualification are required.
• 3 to 5 years broker consulting experience within the Investments and IFA environment.
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience.

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.

• Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and product enhancements.
